Propolis

Did you know bees produce more than just honey? They also create a substance called propolis, made by mixing their own discharges with beeswax and sap from evergreen or needle-leaved trees. This forms a sticky, greenish-brown coating used to seal and protect their hives.

  1. Place 7–15 drops of propolis under your tongue.

  2. Mix 14 drops of propolis with hot water.

Dosage:
