HOW TO TAKE BEE POLLEN:
Bee pollen is sold as natural granules you can measure out and take by the spoonful. You can also mix it into other foods like granola or yogurt or make smoothies with it. It generally has a bitter taste, although people who take it regularly seem to get used to it.
DOSAGE: If it is your first time taking fresh bee pollen, we suggest that you take 2 - 3 granules per day for one week. After one week, slowly increase the granules of bee pollen by 4 -5 per day. The goal should be to work your way up to taking anywhere from one teaspoon to one tablespoon of pollen per day.
The maximum quantity of fresh bee pollen that can be taken in one day depends on your body. Everyone is different, and some people find that they can take 2 - 3 tablespoons of pollen a day while others max out at one teaspoon a day. The key here is to listen to your body.
Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered the following morning. Please note that we do not make deliveries on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday will be scheduled for delivery on Saturday morning. Orders placed on Thursday after 6 PM will also be delivered on Saturday morning.

When will my order arrive?
We deliver across Jordan within 24–48h. Orders placed after 6 PM are delivered the next morning. We don't deliver on Fridays — orders placed on Friday (or Thursday after 6 PM) are delivered Saturday morning.
How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and shake before drinking (natural separation is normal). With no preservatives, enjoy within 3 days for peak freshness.
Can I have items delivered separately or on a later date?
