Your personal information forms part of your private record of your dealings with our services. If you use our website, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and password, as well as preventing access to your personal device/computer, and you bear responsibility for all operations carried out through your personal account using the password.

The website does not bear any responsibility towards any person for any loss or damage that may arise due to your failure to protect your password or any other information related to your personal account. In case of suspicion of suspicious operations in your personal account, please notify us by contacting us immediately through any means (contact us).

Product Details, Inventory, and Prices

In our continuous and diligent endeavor to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, prices, product specifications, illustrative images, and technical characteristics) and to provide comprehensive information about services, we may encounter some typographical errors.

The utmost accuracy is observed in displaying product colors on the website, but the colors you see on the site depend primarily on your screen settings, and this is beyond our control as we cannot definitively confirm the color settings adopted on your screen.

The publication of details related to products or services (including but not limited to: marketing flyers, advertisements, commercial offers, magazine offers, and small publications) on the website is not a guarantee of the availability of products, offers, or prices, whether through online shopping or directly in the showroom.

Some errors may occur during the process of providing the product or service and providing detailed price information on the website. The website cannot provide you with individual product prices or know the total cost of the product or service until you submit your complete electronic order. In the event that an invoice is requested and issued for a product or service and the price was incorrect or the information was incorrect due to an error in recording the correct price or product or service information, the website in this case has the right to either contact you to clarify this error and how to deal with it or cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation. If your order is accepted and tracked electronically, the total cost will be calculated and deducted from your credit card account, and we will inform you by email that the payment process is proceeding correctly.

Inventory and pricing information is for the website only.

The "Home Delivery by Shipping Companies" service is a "door-to-door" service in most cases, but we apologize for not applying this service in some cases due to the limitations of the delivery company or due to some local laws. We, in agreement with FedEx - our delivery partners - reserve the full right not to deliver the order to a person under 18 years of age when delivering the product. When submitting an electronic delivery order and the order includes several products of heavy and light weight, they will be delivered to the specified address under different shipments and times.

Zenergie Juice's home delivery service provides basic installation for delivered products. Home delivery by shipping companies is not responsible for any installation work that may be required for the delivered product.

Shipping fees for home delivery service are calculated according to the chosen shipping plan, in addition to the weight and/or size and dimensions of the product to be delivered. In case of failure to deliver the order due to an error on your part (including but not limited to - entering an incorrect address, entering an incorrect name), in this case, additional fees will be applied to you for re-sending the order.

You can also pick up your products from the showroom. The service is available in all Zenergie Juice showrooms for small products only. During the process of ordering your products, check the page for each product separately, some exceptions may apply.

You must ensure that the information related to your credit card used for electronic payment services is correct and valid, and you must use the credit card legally belonging to you. Your personal information will not be used or shared by electronic services with any third party, except for verifying the legitimacy of the information and preventing its forgery, or when required by law or legal regulations, or by court order. The online website service will not be responsible in any way for forged credit cards. You will be held fully responsible for the use of forged credit cards and will be solely responsible for proving otherwise.

In the event that we are unable to provide the order or part of it, we will inform you directly. The full or partial amount paid by the credit card you used to pay the order amount will be refunded.

Your use of the electronic payment service (online) on our website constitutes implicit consent to your commitment to these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this service.

Order Cancellation

Zenergie Juice reserves the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

Payment rejection/non-acceptance

Customer delay of more than (1) hour in payment through the Sadad payment system.

Customer purchases more than 2 pieces of the same product.

If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, or the contact information is incorrect, or due to inability to reach the customer.

Customer non-attendance or delay of more than 7 days to pick up their online paid order for the "pick up from showroom" service.

Customer non-attendance or delay of more than 48 hours to pick up their order when choosing to pay at the showroom for the "pick up from showroom" service.

Therefore, any wholesale sales exceeding two pieces of the same item per customer will result in the cancellation of the order as per management directives.

The customer has the right to reserve the purchased item for 15 days only, and the reservation will be canceled on the 16th day while preserving the customer's right to a full refund of the product value.

Order cancellation by the customer: To proceed with the order cancellation process, you must first contact us. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you. If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped or sent, a cancellation fee will be imposed on you. We reserve the full right to match the time your order was shipped with the time you sent the cancellation request.

We cannot provide or deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe, which is ten business days from the order confirmation date.

All products sold in our showrooms have passed quality checks and are ready for use upon shipment. If there is any problem with the product after (7) days of receiving it, we advise you to contact us directly through any means (contact us).
